This research is conducted during summer 2002, and processing and final forming of report is finished at the beginning of 2003. Results presented in this publication are part of research which was imagined as joint action of seven research units, in other words countries and regions from territory of EX-Yugoslavia. Research is dedicated to domestic public (all counties and regions), at the same time short overview of research should be prepared for presentation to EU Parliament.
